tive to be successful, we need to work together as a team: teacher, parent and student. We each play a role in the students learning. Let's help them be the best they can be!

Please review and return. Please initial if your child received a blue or red circle.
A month of all green and yellow results in picking from the prize bag or a lunch with Ms.Abel in the classroom.
Green: Outstanding Day – On Green Days the student goes above and beyond. Their behavior was outstanding and they had productive, successful days. Your child was kind and thoughtful today.
Yellow: Great Day – Consistently demonstrates characteristics of a successful learner. Your child had a fine day. They stayed on task, got their work done and acted how a 2nd grader should!
Blue – Inconsistent behavior – Improvement expected. After 2 warnings throughout the day your student moves to blue. We will discuss the behaviors and make a plan for an improved day. Discuss these days at home, and look forward to a positive, new day. Please initial on the calendar so I know you and your child have discussed it.
Red – Failure to demonstrate characteristics of a successful learner – Improvement must occur If red is ever reached, I will most likely be in contact. Please note the comments and understand that it takes severe behaviors and actions to reach red. Please sign the calendar and talk to your child.
